CANCER CONTROL PROGRAM

A nurse-managed clinic designed to detect cervical and breast cancer in women 18 years and older. Educational counseling, a Pap smear, breast exam, and for those who qualify, a voucher for a free mammogram are provided. The financial guidelines for this service are very generous. Women found to have abnormal findings are referred for a diagnostic mammogram and/or to a physician for further evaluation. By appointment.
